First of all I want to say that a Backdated degree or any certificate becomes Genuine and legal by some important factors
1st :- See, everything is record, if the record of the degree certificate is maintained and managed inside
the University successfully then A student has not to face any problem related to the degree Certificate.
2nd :- Backdated degree is not a Rocket Science because this is only a process
which is made by the UGC approved university.
3rd :- Because there are some of the reputed UGC approved Universities which have made the Process of the Backdated degree.
4th :- Backdated degree becomes genuine when there is the attestation of the Asst. registrar sir.
Can a backdated degree be verified by employers or for international purposes (like WES)?
When it comes to Wes then it means A student is Appling for Pemanant residence in Austrlia or Canada.
It means A student has to follow all the insturctions which are given by WES Orgnisation
and Here I want to tell you that the rules and regulations of WES is completely strict,
If a student has not legal degree in hand then he is blocked in both of these Countries throw the Wes
Because wes does the Strict verification when it comes to do the verification of any student or employee
that is why whenever a candidate, student or employee is applying for wes then he has to make it sure that his degree must be genuine
1st :- A Person can verify his degree by himself itself by Doing RTI(RIght to Information act 2005) Verification.
2nd:- A Degree Certificate can be verified online also on the official website of the University.
Note :- A degree Can be verified successfully from the hand of Wes or any International Orgnisation
when the Degree Certificate is having complete record inside the University
1st :- Record is Everything otherwise A Degree Certificate just a piece of paper
2nd :- It does not mean that the degree is in regular mode, Distance mode or it is in online mode but if the record is not there inside the University then it becomes invalid
