A backdated degree is an academic certificate which is issued by a UGC recognized university or institution, which is usually showing an earlier session/year of completion even though the actual formalities or documentation which may have been completed later. It is not called a illegal degree certificate when it is done through legal channels like UGC approved University, Here I am not saying that a degree can be given by any university by paying the money by any student or working employee, here I am just saying that a student has to follow all the rules and regulations which are made by UGC approved University which comes under the University grant of commission and this is meant to help students who had left their studies due to genuine issues like:
Financial crisis
Serious illness
Work commitments
Death in family
Lack of awareness or guidance
A person has to understand one thing very carefully that when A Backdated degree is processed under the UGC approved university norms then it becomes legal and verified as long as it follows the official protocol that is why I always Advise the students to be guided by a Real Consultant who is approved by UGC approved University.
Why Do Students Need a Backdated Degree?
It is true that there are many students in market who need a Backdated degree and the reason is behind that a country like India there are thousands of students drop out every year due to different kind of reasons which are beyond their control after that Years later when they get stability in their life then they want to resume or complete their studies But the fear of gap or age stops them.
A backdated degree gives such students a second chance to:
Save academic years
Show continuous education on paper
Qualify for Pvt. LTD and LTD. jobs
Student can Apply for abroad study and jobs
A student Regains dignity in society
Here I want to clear some Important points which a student needs to understand and keep in his notice that
1. Always choose a UGC-approved university
➤ Without UGC/NCTE/AICTE/DEC approval your degree is useless.
2. Prepare all documents honestly
➤ Gap affidavit, prior mark sheets, experience letters etc
3. Apply through university channels or genuine consultants only
➤ Never depend on random agents who promise shortcut degrees
4. Maintain transparency about your past
➤ Universities appreciate truth but the fake stories get instant rejection that is why Always speak truth with UGC approved University
5. Check if your university offers RPL, lateral entry or credit transfer because there are the main points to secure the career of a student

Here I am also Writing below that what a student should not do when it comes to Backdated degree
1. Do not pay for Illegal degrees with no exams or record
➤ Because These degrees have no university record and it can take a student into a risk.
2. Don’t forge documents or use false affidavits
➤ Otherwise A student will face blacklisting or legal action later.
3. Don’t depend on just email/WhatsApp chats
➤ If a student is dealing with any consultant then he should Always demand official receipts, enrollment numbers and copies of application.
4. Avoid degree in 5 days like these statement because A genuine degree can not be given in 5, 10, 30 days
➤ Because when it comes to get any genuine degree from UGC approved University then Genuine process takes Proper and complete timeline depending on the university.
5. Never use a degree before verifying it on NAD (National Academic Depository)
➤ If it’s not visible online it may not be real as well as A student can verify his degree throw the RTI(Right to information act 2005)
one day A young man came to me after his visa file was rejected because the Reason was simple as his degree verification was failed. He was broken from inside because he received the degree from one of the agent in market who make him believed that your degree will be verified from all the sources that is why the young man paid to paid the huge money but now he demotivated when the verification of the degree certificate was failed, After that when the Young man came to me then He said, “Sir, mujhe bola gaya tha sab ho jaata hai that is why I believed and paid the money to agent” As I motivate and help the students when they are in any trouble that is why I started giving him the counseling which I provide to needy students without any charge, I checked his documents and told him calmly that this degree never existed in records because I had got the repost of the verification of the same degree certificate from the UGC approved University but I didn’t judge him, I just guided him to start clean with a real approved course because my motive is to make each needy student to be connected with UGC approved University directly, when that man started taking my counseling daily and regularly then It took patience but today his documents are solid and his confidence is real because he has been awarded the degree convocation directly from the seminar of UGC approved University.
I always tell students that don’t build your future on fear because when you are connected with illegal source then you become negative day by day and it slows you down and push you into a dark but When you walk with the truth you don’t have to remember stories because your prove by your evidence and honesty
