First of all You will have to Understand the difference between the Backdated degree or Photoshop degree because there are many agents who give the Photoshop degree to students in Market on the name of the Backdated degree.
Just you need to Understand that A Photoshopped degree can be made by anyone by his Printer in Photoshop
But When it comes to backdated degree then it can be prepared by UGC(University Grant of Commission) only because when the UGC approved University prepare any Backdated degree then University makes it sure that this process should be completed in legal way completely
there should not be any cheating with anyone neither with indian Govt. nor with any needy students
