Backdated degree Becomes Genuine or Not It is Completely depending on the platform that from where the Degree Certificate was issued
First of all A student has to check that the platform should be approved by the Indian Govt.
and when it comes to education Industry then A University has to be approved by the UGC(University Grant of Commission)
And make it sure that the the inspection of the UGC should be conducted in this year only
because UGC team goes to the University every year where A University has to justify himself
When A Backdated degree becomes Valid and when the Backdated degree becomes Invalid?
This is Very true and Genuine question because this question belongs to every student
who has been struggling in education industry without any direction
1st :- A Degree Certificate Becomes Valid when the proper record of the Degree Certificate is maintained successfully inside the University.
2nd :- There are many Private University those who gives the Degrees Certificate to students by maintaining
the temporary record when it comes to temporary record t be maintained of any degree certificate
then A degree becomes valid only for few year but when the Permanent record is maintained inside the University then then it becomes Valid for life time
3rd :- A Student has to make it sure that he is receiving his degree certificate with the final degree and that
degree must be having the Hologram and the Watermark of the University.
4th :- A Degree Certificate becomes Valid when the degree is verified by the source of the RTI(Right to information act 2005)
immediately when the degree is issued from the campus and after 15 years of the degree to be received by the student.
Is Backdated degree valid for the Higher studies and study in Abroad?
First of all I want to say here that when a student goes to any University or abroad for the Higher studies then
Departments do the Hard Verifications and if the Verifications are rejected from the hand of the University
then the student has to be blacklisted from that Particular degree, Country and Embassy.
Backdated degree does not mean that a student has not to study because it says that
A student can study as per his requirement and the situation
Study can be done online also and offline also it depends on the student in which university is enrolled with
A Backdated degree becomes valid for Higher studies and study in Abroad
when the roll number is verified and confirmed of the same degree.
That’s why the record of the degree is necessary to be maintained inside the university of the same student permanently.
