If a consultant had to use the Power of references then he will have to be honest at his each step which means:- he will not be cheating any of the students because his motive will remain be helping and serving the students at his each step As he believes on the power of references it means:- if a consultant makes a needy student satisfied by providing him the genuine work then same student starts to provide the references in future and when one reference is satisfied completely then he refers the another reference which means:- References start to be added and the face value is getting increased of that particular consultant in Education market.
How the references system works in Education Industry?
References are purely based on the honesty of a consultant which means:- A consultant needs to be transparent with his students Because if the Consultant is transparent then he keeps on guiding the students honestly it means:- there can’t be cheating in his Character, there can’t be exploitation with any student because there will only be Transparency. When An Education Consultant has to work on the concept of References then he has to make a needy student completely satisfied, it means:- A student is satisfied by Genuine work only and the Genuine work is the Base of making long terms with a student and when An Education consultant is in long term with his student then he starts to receive the references for life long.
