If an Education consultant is true and he keeps Transparency with his students then there is no doubt that he will create long terms with his students but when A consultant starts to make a student fool, when a consultant starts to speak lies, when a consultant starts to misguide and mislead the students then he is called a Fake consultant and When a Consultant is fake then he does not go for long with the students as he does not maintain the transparency that’s why I always advise and tell that Transparency is very important for a consultant to make good and strong terms with his students Because when A consultant is having transparency with his students then he Clears student’s doubts at each step and keeps the students satisfied.
Why Transparency is Important?
As it is said “If a Business man keeps transparency with his Clients then his Clients start to trust him more and Value him More” because A real business man does not believe to cheat his Clients or make them fool but A real Business man keeps his Clients on priority,He gives them the respect and importance to their requirements that’s why he maintains the transparency with his each client at every step. Transparency says Be honest with your clients at your each step, don’t speak a lie and don’t make anyone fool, Yes when a man Applies honesty in his work place then he has to face many challenges but When he starts to think for long term then these Challenges become opportunities after over period of time.
How I apply Transparency with my Students?
As I like to maintain the Transparency with my each student before Starting the work also, While doing the work also and after finishing the work also because I understand that if I start to hide anything from my students then it makes my relation with them week and poor but if I tell them everything about my work profile, my Success stories, my bounce back story, my way of working with Transparency then it keeps my image maintained in their eyes and It takes my terms with them for long ways. As Very Nicely was said by Senior sir in one of the Seminars “Transparency is used by him who keeps his Principles before his Profits and Self Benefits but A Greedy man always keeps hiding the secrets and he does not maintain the transparency”.
Let me Speak Something More About Transparency?
This is one of my Favorite Subjects which I have been teaching to students and Applying in my life everyday because I realized when I started becoming more Transparent with my students then they gave me more respect and they Appreciated my work more. According to me transparency means To be very honest with your students and don’t speak a lie even for one time, Yes Speaking a truth can be bitter for some time but it gives many benefits for long life like :- It makes a relation with student strong, faithful and reliable. 2nd:- It removes the greediness and selfishness but it improves to help someone selfless and give someone a helping hand who is in trouble right now. 3rd:- It makes a man more trustworthy because when A man is transparent and does not speak a lie to his clients then his self confidence, self respect and self image is improved day by day.
