Principles makes a man more responsible,humble,trustworthy and reliable. Without Principles A man is like a robot who can’t feel the emotions of a human and who is living his complete life as a Machine. When A person is using Principles in his Professional life then he can’t exploit anyone first and he can’t beat the rights of any of his clients because he knows that if I do anything wrong with my any of the clients then it will destroy my business but if want to make my business successful then I will have to Apply Principles with my each client which means I will have to respect their emotions, give importance to their requirements and Give my level best to fulfill the requirements, Deal with them with transparency where there should not be any word of cheating & lying. When Same Principles are applied by an education consultant for his students then he starts to Provide Genuine work to his each student and he keeps on working hard for his students 24X7 hours only for genuine work.
Why An education consultant becomes failed to Apply Principles with his students?
Because today consultants have become completely materialist & Professionals it means they only think about their benefits only at each step but when a man starts to understand the Spirituality then he starts to think the benefits for all and most important he thinks the benefits for others first than himself because there is a fixed believe in his mind that If I work hard for others for their benefits then Automatically I also be benefited but for that I need to keep patience, I need to keep on working hard with honesty and I have not to Compromise with my Principles.When A man becomes Completely Professional then he becomes like a Robert who doesn’t care who is being cried by him, who is being killed by him because he is emotion-less but A Spiritual person always keeps the emotions first then Profession second like:- He keeps on checking Is there no one cried by me?, Is there no one hurt & Cheated by me?
Why Today Most of the students are cheated by fake consultants?
Because they(Consultants) are lacking of Principles, Here we need to understand that Principles Set/decide Boundaries for us which Boundaries must not be Broken by any human, when the Boundaries are broken then a Man Becomes Principles-less. These Boundaries were made by our Forefathers to Protect the humanity which were Called Principles where they Taught us some rules :- Rule no. 1:- Each human should be respected and every needy human should be served. Rule no 2.:- Emotions of each human should be respected and no one human should be cheated. Rule no 3.:- Honesty must be applied in each deal and there should be transparency in every business deal. There are total 18 Rules which are covering the Boundaries of a human to Obey the Principles.
When I started Applying Principles in my Life?
As per my best knowledge I started applying the Principles in my life since my Childhood But when I came in Education market then my Each rule of Principles become Strong because I started using Principles with my Students with Maturity Then I Promised to Myself “since today my each step will be taken for the welfare of needy student where Principles will be Added” Because I knew if I did not add Principles in my Professional life then I would have become like other consultants Completely fake and Professional which was enough to destroy my career within one year only but My Principles Escaped my Career and I Successfully Crossed 12+ years in Education Field.
