Yes I can say as per my complete study that a distance education degree is valid in India but A student has to make it sure that it becomes valid then when it is obtained from a recognised and approved university. As I keep doing the counselings of the students without charging them and I came to know that Many students choose distance education because it gives them the freedom to study while working, running a business or taking care of family responsibilities. It is especially helpful for those students who cannot attend regular college due to time, location or financial reasons.

In India distance education must be regulated by official bodies and universities and these universities must follow the proper guidelines to offer such programs as I always say that If a student is Distance education then he has to make it sure that the university is DEC(Distance Education Council) approved When a student enrolls in a recognised institution and completes the course honestly then the degree holds value for jobs, higher studies and personal growth. Here I want to Advise the students that they should always verify university approvals like I told earlier that the university must be Distance Education Council approved before taking admission in any of the Universities.
