Backdated degree or any degree Certificate becomes Legal and verified when the proper record is managed inside the University
When I say a backdated degree it means I am talking about Re-admission or Credit Transfer but I do not allow and agree to pay the money to any agent and receive any random degree from him
Because the degree which is given by the Outsider agent that can not be verified by the University from inside
1st :- A Backdated degree means :- A degree which is following the process of credit transfer, it means A student has completed his first year or year of second before many of the years after that he left studying
but now he wants to continue his study so now A Ugc approved University which believes and deals Credit transfer
then first the entrance exam will be taken by the same university, This entrance exam can be conducted online and offline from both the options
if the student is eligible and he clears the entrance exam then he will continue from the same year and complete his study
How can I verify if a backdated degree is legitimate and not a fake certificate from a fraudulent consultant?
1st :- A student should be connected and contracted with UGC approved University directly, he should not be completely depending on the outsider agent only
2nd:- Degree Should be having the hologram and barcode of the University
3rd:- This Degree Should be positively verified by the RT(RTI=Right to information act 2005) because RTI is one of the options which can be filed by the individual person to know the complete details about his degree Certificate.
4th:- Degree Should be dispatched or handed over to student directly from the University not from any outsider agent
What are the consequences if an employer verification check reveals that a degree was obtained through illegal means or from an unaccredited institution?
1st :- A student or employee has to be blacklisted from the particular Orgnisation because once the employer comes to know that the degree is not valid then he takes a step to make the particular employee or student balicklisted.
2nd:- Blacklisted means :- Now a student will not be able to join the same orgnisation or any branch of the same orgnisation in India and Aboard ever in his complete life.
