Backdated degree :- A degree where A student is enrolled in previous year but his exams are conducted in current year
When It comes to Backdated degree then I always say “Backdated degree does not mean that a student can get his degree certificate by paying money only or without taking the exams because it means that A student can get the admission in back year to save his previous year after that he will have to follow the complete procedure”.
Is backdated degree valid or not specially in India Asia Hyderabad Chennai Kerala?
First of all we need to understand that how does a degree certificate becomes Valid or not, because
If a degree Certificate is having the complete record inside the Confidential department of the University then it becomes Valid because Record of the roll number, enrollment number, Record of the Serial number of the degree certificate makes a degree Valid because when A Degree is having proper and verified roll number, enrollment number, Serial number which is having proper record inside the Record room then it calls Valid degree Certificate but If any degree is given by any outsider Agent or Agency which is not having any record inside the University then These kinds of degrees becomes Invalid because Verification of these kinds of degrees are not possible.
Can a Backdated degree be applied in Asia Middle east, gulf Countries, Europe for the Work permit ?
If a student or any employee is applying his degree in Asia Middle east, gulf Countries, Europe for the Work permit then he needs to understand all these points
1st :- His degree must be issued, given as well as dispatched from UGC approved University only.
2nd :- Any degree should not be given from outsider Agent or Agency because it is not valid.
3rd :- A degree must be having the University Hologram as well as Barcode.
4th :- A degree must be sealed by the University only because it proves the Authenticity of Degree.
5th :- Degree must be coming in sealed envelope of the University which must be attested by Asst. Registrar sir.
