References are the true earning for an education consultant in education industry Because A true and genuine Consultant always believe to gain the references that is why he can not cheat any of the students because he knows very well that the references can be recieved after making the long terms with needy students for that A consultant needs to make each student satisfied by his hardwork and sincere efforts, Yes Loyalty is required at each step because if the consultant is loyal then only he can think and keep the vision of the long term and once the long term vision is kept by the Consultant then he starts to feel and realise his one and important responsibility and that is to be help and guide the students for the right tracks. Refrences are the part of the life of an education consultant because without the refrences a consultant is zero in his industry
1st:- References help a consultant to maintain his face value in front of the students and University.
2nd:- References help a consultant to enhance his business and reach to more & more students.
3rd:- References help a Consultant to let the people know about his Skills, experiences and the talents.
How Do I maintain the refrences of my students?
When It comes to Maintain the references then I have to be more careful and more focused because each reference comes from the satisfied student only and that particular student believes on me that I treat hi references with Respect, honesty and loyalty that is why I do not demotivate the student because I have to deliver the best of my level while dealing with the references, because if A student has been satisfied from you then only he shares his references with you with the believe that the Consultant will remain be true as he was in past with me.
