When An Education Consultant starts to take the feedback from his students then he comes to know that where he is lacking and where he is expert after that he stats to improve his minus point and he keeps his plus point Maintained.Feedback is a Mandatory thing for a consultant who wants to work for long time in education industry because by Feedback only a Consultant comes to know who is satisfied from his work and who is not. As we all are humans and we have some Plus points and minus also, A true Human starts to improve his minus point when he comes to know about it as soon as possible.

Why I take the feedback from my each student?
Because Feedback from a needy student makes my services more Better and it also helps me to deliver best of my level in Education market.That’s the reason I keep on asking from my students to keep on giving their feedback on regular bases because Feedback doesn’t only improves my services but it also helps to improve my personality because feedback helps a person to work out on his Services and Personality too.

How a person can improve his services from Feedback?
See, if Feedback is genuine then A Person needs to think that where he is lacking and which tools are available to do the work out then A person needs to start the work out immediately because feedback is received to do the work out immediately if the Action is delayed then that Feedback will not work because feedback of people is changed time to time. As one of My student gave me a feedback earlier that I speak fast in English on phone then I started taking gap between the sentences and conversation now that Feedback has been changed by my student and now he says You speak very well and beautifully which is understood by me each word and every sentence.

Why I focus on Feedback?
Because Feedback is a Mirror which shows us our reality sometime Feedback is Negative which Inspires us to improve our services, quality, way of working. Some time Feedback is Positive which motives to do best for more and more People. In my case when feedback is Positive then it feels me with motivation which helps me to provide genuine work to more and more needy students. When I receive the Positive feedback from one of my Existed student then I start to feel that “How much is the mind of this person is Positive which sees only the positive part of the situation then I appreciate him and keep on working with his Feedback”.
