Then I answered them “If a consultant is genuine then his First Responsibility becomes to serve a needy student selfless, here I am not saying that He should do the work in education Industry free of cost, No. But first he needs to Provide his Services Without charging the students, When A consultant starts to serve the needy students Selfless then After some time Automatically Consultant starts to earn but He has to maintain some Principles in his work profile and once His Good Services and Good Behavior are liked by his students then They will Give him references, which will help him in future to earn the money That’s why I always say that A consultant should focus on references for that he needs to keep his students satisfied.
Why Satisfaction of a student is Important in education Industry?
Because Education Industry is Completely Depended on references.If an Education Consultant has a good track record, if he works hard to provide genuine degree work to his students,if he keeps on working without taking rest because his target is that his each student should receive the genuine work then he starts to receive references from his existed students in long term. once Genuine Degree comes in student’s hand and Once his degree is Verified by his Employer successfully then the Student becomes satisfied and If Student is satisfied then he starts to share the references and references are true earning of an Education Consultant.
How can an education consultant fulfill his responsibilities?
If an Education Consultant wants to fulfill his responsibilities then he needs to follow some steps..
- Selfless service:- First A consultant needs to see the benefits of a needy student and he should do hard work, put his efforts to make a student benefited without thinking his personal profit and self because A true Consultant knows if I help a needy student selfless and if student becomes satisfied then I will also be Benefited at the end of the deal for that I need to keep patience and help a student selfless.
2. Regular follow up:- An education consultant should do regular follow up of his students where he should share the daily information, updation, answer the Questions of Students, Clear his students’ doubts time to time related to Backdated degree, Fast track mode work, difference between the work of University and Fake work .Which makes a consultant more Responsible because he does the Regular follow up without charging his students.
3. Not only follow up but Long Follow up :- As many consultants leave doing the follow up of their students because they can’t wait for a long time,As student takes long time to make his decision that’s why Maximum consultants leave doing the follow up after 4 to 5 months but in My case I do the long follow up. I keep a student in my regular follow up for life time. There are many students who are in my long follow up last for 12+years and they are receiving daily information,success stories etc which makes me more Responsible, Reliable and Reputed.
5. True Guideline:- A consultant should always guides a student truly where he should not see that Private university gives to a consultant more benefits and Big Commission so I will forward to Student in private University only. But Consultant should only see the future and career of the Students Because Private University Shuts down within a night,Private Universities are Blacklisted listed very soon by Government and Private Universities do not reply the Verification of Employers after 2 or 3 years. It means Private University does the temporary work which is risky for a student. That’s why A consultant should see the benefits,career and future of Students only for long term and He should Guide a student without greed of his commission.
