First A student needs to receive the Genuine degree from the University directly after that only he can apply for the transcripts, If a Consultant wants to help a student to receive the transcripts then he has to fill the form to apply the transcripts and this form has to be submitted in the University with the fees of the Transcripts. After that Student receives the transcripts at his address which he had mentioned in the form and the transcripts are sent to him by the India Post. Yes transcripts should be inside the sealed envelope which has been sealed and stamped by the Asst. registrar sir. When my student has to move to Canada then he needs to submit the transcripts in the WES :- World Education Services where A student has to upload his all memos with the degree certificates included the provisional after that his Academic transcripts are required to be sent to the WES directly. First A student has to submit the application then he receives his wes reference number then the student has to read all the required documents by the WES and he has to fulfil all the requirements of the wes policy then Wes verifies the credentials of the student, he creates the report of student, and deliver it to his recipients after that Each of his transcripts must be attested and sealed by a notary and translated into English. A student has to fulfil the complete Process of the WES after that only he can Get the PR(Permanent residence in Canada) that is why the transcripts are required to be submitted while applying the process of the PR, So A consultant can help the student in this process where he can guide the student with the best information and knowledge about the process that how does this process have to applied by the student.
How I am Helping the students for the Transcripts to be received by the Campus?
First I have to come to know the requirement of the student that what is he looking for? if his requirement is Transcripts to be received in the sealed envelope of then I guide the student that how to apply the process and how to receive the transcripts, if a student is able to go to the University to apply the complete process then I let him go there but if he has been working already somewhere and he can not take the off/holiday from the orgnisation then I have to go to the campus on the behalf of the student because my motive is that the transcripts must be received by the student within the time frame.
