Because Campus knows if a consultant has to build up his strong face value then he needs to maintain the long follow up of students where he should do the activities which are related to providing the right information, true guideline, proper assistance to each student and for that A consultant should not charge any of the students and these kinds of activities he should do for long life and that Procedure is called long and regular follow up where a consultant understands his responsibility to bring each student on right track and keep him, motivated, inspired at each step by his long and regular follow up.
Why Consistency is Maintained in long follow up?
As it is said “if A drop has to become a river then it will flow continuously but if this consistency is not maintained then A drop always be a drop it will not be called a river”, same here If an education consultant has to maintain his face value then he is required to do the regular follow up of students and this follow up is based on daily’s information and knowledge where a student receives something new to learn and understand that’s why Campus always say :- A true consultant always maintain his face value and for that he keeps on doing regular and long follow up without charging the students.
